Membership shall be open to every AI practitioner and others who are players in the ICT circle of all government organisations at the Federal, State and Local Government Levels in the Country; either serving or having served i.e. involved or interested in the practice of Artificial Intelligence. Professional members shall also be registered members of NCS and CPN. There shall only be three classes of membership.

Before you start filling, kindly prepare your:
- Three-page abridged CV and credentials in a single PDF file,
- Passport Photograph, and evidence of payment of N5,000 registration processing fee (if you are not exempted).
Let us take up the opportunity to be inducted as the foundation members of the PAIDeF.
Colleagues who have submitted their membership application forms, have already been contacted with their membership approval. Kindly go ahead to pay the membership fees for your membership number and certificate to be prepared towards the induction in Port Harcourt.

1. Every applicant for membership shall pay a stipulated non-refundable application processing fee to qualify the applicant to receive an application form prior to the usual processing of the application.

- b. Associate - 5,000
- c. Graduate - 2,000
- d. Student - free
- e. Affiliate – 2,000
- f. Corporate- 20,000

2. Upon Acceptance as a member of the PAIDeF, the applicant will be required to pay a one-time Membership fee as follows:
- a. Full member - 20,000
- b. Associate - 20,000
- c. Graduate - 10,000
- d. Student - 5,000
- e. Affiliate - 5,000
- f. Corporate - 50,000
Note that the application processing fee shall not form part of the membership fee.

Membership Tiers
Professional Membership
Every category of registered/certified member of NCS and CPN is qualified to be in this level of membership provided he/she is or has been employed by any strata of the government in Nigeria and its mission abroad.
Non-Professional Member
Any government-employed worker who uses AI equipment or exhibits AI skills but is not registered by the Computer Professional Council of Nigeria or its equivalent anywhere else in the world.
Honorary members
The Association may confer honorary membership on deserving member(s) of the public who have made significant contributions to the growth of the Artificial Intelligence profession in Nigeria.
Admission to Membership
A. Any Legal Person holds membership provided that:
- i. In the case of natural persons, such natural person is above eighteen (18) years of age and;
- ii. in the case of artificial persons, such an artificial person has a legal personality conferred upon it by the laws of the jurisdiction it was incorporated.
B. Each person may only hold one (1) membership in the Association;

Application for Membership
A. A membership application must be lodged with the Practical Artificial Intelligence Development Foundation.
- i. in the form and at the place approved by the National Executive Council from time to time.
B. Application for admission into Practical Artificial Intelligence Development Foundation
- i. is to be verified within Seven (7) working days of submission and consequently, the General Secretary of the National Executive Council is to enter the successful applicant's name in the Register of Members within another Seven (7) working days ofverification.
